Redemption Limit for "First‑Exchange Benefits" Items:​

The system will identify and restrict redemption based on your user account ID. Each user is eligible for only one special-offer​ redemption of the designated benefit item.

If the redemption limit is exceeded, the corresponding order will not be shipped and will be automatically closed.

Any points used for the excess redemption will be refunded to your account through the original payment method within 24 hours after the order is closed.
