RC BOAT Bill of Materials——

Before installation, please have the following tools ready: wire cutters, scissors, a screwdriver, glue, or hot glue.

Step 1: Insert the shaft sleeves into the stern, leaving about 8 mm protruding from the stern. Make sure the two sleeves are flush with each other. Apply glue to both the inside and outside surfaces, taking care not to let any glue reach the ends of the sleeves.

Step 2: Connect the motor to the silicone tube (insert it at least 7mm).

Step 3: Once the glue has set, place the assembled motor and silicone tubing into the motor mount on the boat.

Step 4: Replace the left and right motor covers, snap them into place—use the small latch to secure the motor shaft end with ⑧

clicks, and the large latch to secure the rear end of the motor with ⑨ clicks.

Step 6: The paddle shafts should be aligned left and right. During installation, apply grease to the shaft sleeve first to prevent water from entering, then install the shaft. Do not connect the shaft to the silicone tube yet; once it is almost in place, apply another layer of grease and rotate it into the silicone tube.

Step 8: Slide the oar cover ② into the boat from the bow ①. It may feel a bit tight as it slides toward the rear, so just use a little force to slide it in. Then insert the stern ⑤ where the oar cover meets the rear of the hull. Apply glue to the point where the stern meets the hull—apply it only on the side of the oar; do not apply any to the oar cover, to prevent the sliding cover from getting stuck and failing to open.

Step 9: Once the glue has set, attach the boat cover ② to the boat roof ⑯. The holes may be oval-shaped due to the printing orientation being perpendicular; use scissors or a craft knife to trim them into a circle. You can secure them with glue, but if they fit tightly, glue is not necessary.

Step 10: Once the glue has set, slide open the boat’s cover—it’s a bit tight, so you’ll need to use a little force to open it. Connect the receiver to the motor, then insert the battery into the battery compartment and secure the battery latch. Connect the battery, turn on the remote control, pair it with the receiver, slide the cover back on, and you’re ready to play.
