Project Description
This project features a compact portable water pump powered by rechargeable batteries, designed using 3D printed parts and common electronic components.
The housing was fully designed for 3D printing, allowing easy assembly and maintenance while keeping the system lightweight and compact.
The pump is powered by two 3.7V batteries connected to a UPS power module, which manages charging and provides a stable 12V output. A simple 12V switch allows easy control of the pump.
The design includes:
integrated mounting pointsheat-set threaded inserts for durability
space for the electronic module and batteries
hose connections for water input and output
This makes the pump suitable for DIY projects, small water transfer tasks, aquarium use, camping, or portable systems.
The modular design also allows easy customization or modification depending on the user's needs.
